All design elements should be provided by the client. These elements (text, graphics, photos, videos, logo, etc.) must be the client's property or must have usage permission prior to integrating into the website. MF Web Design shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement issues that may arise from misuse of copyrighted property.
The client will pay a 50% downpayment to confirm the order. The remaining balance will be due upon approval of the web design and prior to going live. Functionality or feature requests above and beyond those listed in the agreement may be considered out-of-scope and an amendment to the budget will be recommended.
The client agrees to thoroughly review the design, give prompt and detailed feedback, and provide approval in a timely manner.
In the event that you decide to independently edit or update your website after completion of the site, MF Web Design will not be held responsible for any website breaks. MF Web Design will be more than happy to assist with the necessary repairs, however, the effort will be assessed and costs will be billed at an hourly rate.
MF Web Design is not required to keep a copy of all files used on the project once it's completed. No native source files and work instructions will be provided unless previously agreed on.
Once the site has gone live, the client agrees to keep the link to MF Web Design on the site. The client also agrees to include the completed website in MF Web Design's professional portfolio.
